About Saif
My name is Saif Samaan. I am passionate about health and longevity. I believe that having an individualized plan for a happy, healthy life is of utmost importance. I have counseled many patients in my work as a pharmacist. I have been lucky to work with people of all ages, with many health ailments. I love to listen and learn about each person’s story. I have an honours degree in Kinesiology, and a degree in Pharmacy. I have practiced as a pharmacist and a health coach. I also speak two languages.
Throughout my work, I have come to realize that optimal health falls under one umbrella that consists of multiple pieces-like a puzzle. It is not a one-size fits all approach. For example, to address nutrition while ignoring sleep or exercise will result in an incomplete puzzle. All pieces must fit neatly together for a complete picture of longevity. We now have the science to prevent or even reverse many of the non-communicable chronic diseases (NCDs) that are rampant in our society, let alone train for specific goals or tasks that we want to continue to perform well into our later decades of life. My interest lies in educating & helping people gain agency over their health by providing science-based tools.
